We provide IT Support services for the whole of your IT environment. We can provide support in a variety of ways;

 

Servers, inhouse or hosted

Setup, administration and maintenance of servers. Setup and maintenance of Active Directory, setup of email systems etc

Laptops, Desktops

Support of desktop and laptop, Windows 7 and Apple OS X operating systems. Including integration into Active Directory environment. Setup of software for users, installation of printers etc.

Mobile devices

Setup and configuration of remote devices to access your business email systems

Printers

Setup of new printers, either direct connect or network printers, including installation of printer drivers and setup on a central print server or individually on computers.

Setup of cloud services

Setup and administration of cloud servers and services, such as cloud storage, hosted exchange email systems all the way to full infrastructure implementations in the cloud using services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Documentation

We provide detailed documentation on your IT setup. You will always have a copy of the updated documentation with password and access to all your systems. As well as user documentation on system usage.

Training

We love training staff. Both formally and informally. Formal training sessions on new technology and how best to use it, or informally as we resolve problems teaching staff how to avoid problems or do it themselves next time.

Helpdesk

We have a support help desk for you and your staff to log help requests. This enables us to efficiently assign help requests to the correct support staff.

Remote Support

We install Teamviewer remote control software on all our clients computers and servers. This enables us to respond quickly, fix problems remotely and minimise onsite visits and cost to clients
